Shawnee County Land Market Snapshot – Q3 2025
Q3 saw an uptick in new listings across parcels ranging from 3–20 acres, as well as those 40 acres and larger.
Closed sales between July 1 and September 20 were limited for properties over 11 acres, marking a slower pace compared to the more active Q2 spring and early-summer market.
